Varsity’s forte is the satisfactory completion of large-scale projects requiring extensive correlation with other trades, and usually within very tight time frames.

Varsity has extensive experience with multi-family townhouse and condo communities, retirement communities, corporate centers, shopping malls, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Varsity can also handle specialized projects, having recently completed the Sands Bethworks Casino project in Bethlehem, PA and the Watermark on Hudson in North Bergen, NJ, which included extensive “green” rooftop landscaping.
