Commercial Site Maintenance

As a natural offshoot of the Landscape Division, Varsity offers complete site maintenance for multi-family residential and retirement communities, corporate centers, shopping malls and large retail facilities, casinos, rooftops, medical facilities, as well as special needs industrial and utility owned sites.

Varsity has the capability to handle any or all maintenance tasks needed by the facility managers with whom we deal.

As an added benefit, Varsity currently operates a three acre greenhouse from which we can provide our clients with season long color to enhance the aesthetics of their facilities.

Our current client list includes K. Hovnanian Co., Vornado Realty Trust, Wyoming Valley Health Care System, Pennsylvania American Water, SK Properties, Shoppes at Montage, UGI Corp., PNC Bank, PPL, and Sands Casino Resort.
